“In matters of conscience, the law of the majority has no place.” ― Mahatma Gandhi.

Religion has no place in Governance in a Democracy, unless it is a Democracy where "All People are Equal but Some People are More Equal than Others".

When the law was made in 1950 then it was clearly mentioned in the Indian Constitution how citizenship will be given to anyone who was born here. Anyone who has lived here for 11 years will get citizenship whether Hindu, Sikh, Christian or Muslim."

What is Sad is in a War no side will agree it is at fault. All this violence and bloodshed in the name of God and Religion and we are all victims as we are born into one religion or the other for no fault of ours. Religious Conflict is the main reason why the world is in such mess in 2020 ? Chaaha Hai Kya ? Paaya Hai Kya? Just pain and misery. Sad world we live in. Can Gods not take the responsibility and resolve this feud between themselves. Australian Fires brought the people together CAA fires have divided the Nation on religious grounds. Sad but True.

A case has been registered at the Civil Lines police station against five-six unidentified people, including expelled student leader Hamza Sufiyan and former Vice President of Students’ Association Nadeem Ansari, for allegedly abusing the Proctor of Aligarh Muslim University during CAA protests. It is alleged that these students even showed and tried to attack the Proctor with shoe.

The incident happened on January 17, at about 2:30 PM when a sit-in protest was going on at Babay Syed Gate. Security Inspector Haseen Ahmad Khan of Proctor’s Office reportedly said that like daily, Proctor arrived with his team to keep an eye on external and anti-social elements.

It is alleged that as soon as the proctor arrived, former Vice President Nadeem Ansari and the expelled student leader Hamza Sufiyan incited some others against the Proctorial team and started indecency. The accused student leader went on a rampage after the abuse.

A video of the incident had gone viral where a student could be heard calling the proctor a “dalla” (pimp) while another is seen showing a shoe to him. The agitated proctor, in turn, was heard saying “haan hum hain dalle” (yes we are pimps). Many police personnel could be seen standing helplessly watching the students brazen it out when the Proctor tried to negotiate.

As of now, a case has been registered against Nadeem Ansari and Hamza Sufiyan for obstructing, abetting and showing indecency in the government work. The matter is being investigated.
